ITINERARY:
Day 01 Balikpapan Airport - Samarinda - Sangatta
Upon arrival at Balikpapan Sepinggan Airport, meeting service with our guide/staff then transfer Air conditioned coach / minibus to Bontang via Samarinda for about 4 hours, Lunch at Local Restaurant in Samarinda. Afternoon arrival in Bontang, then check in at hotel for dinner and overnight. (L,D)

Day 02 Sangatta - Mentoko Rainforest - Observing the Orangutan - Overnight at Tent/Research Camp
After breakfast, transfer to the Sangata for drive about 1 hours, than continue by motorized canoe to go to Mentoko rain forest as its the part of the Kutai National Park area. In the afternoon available for trekking into the rain forest to observation the orangutan, and others creatures of Borneo animals. Meals will provided. overnight at tent. (B,L,D)

Day 03 Mentoko Rainforest - Kutai National Park Trekking - Sangatta
After breakfast, then full day observation at Kutai Nationaol park rain forest where the forest consist with more than 1700.000 thousand hectares on the primary rain forest, swamps, and mangrove. You may do trekking into the rain forest to look the wild Orangutan, nest of the Orangutan, huge tree's and others animals in the wild. Late afternoon return to Bontang for your dinner and overnights at hotel. (B,L,D)

Day 04 Sangatta - Loajanan - Cruise the river to Kutai Lama - LongNose Monkeys - Samboja Lodge
Early morning after breakfast, drive about 2,5 hours to Loajanan via Samarinda. Upon arrival at Loajanan boarding to the ( 26meters + 5 meters ) houseboat for your exciting trip along the river of Great Mahakam to visit Kutai Lama ( The first and the old Hindu kingdom was found at Kutai Lama - may see the old statue with sansecrite language), Observing the and you may see the Proboscis long nose monkeys ( Nasalis Lavartus ) in the their natural habitats. Lunch will be serving on the houseboat. Afterward transfer by car to Samboja lodge for your Dinner and overnight.(B,L,D)

Day 05 Samboja Lodge - Orangutan Island - Sun Bear - Balikpapan Hotel
Breakfast at lodge, than full day to visit the Orangutan island and Sun bear at Samboja Lestari re-forestation and conservation area which its consist about 2000 hectares. Plant the tree's for the fruit plant for the future foods of the Orangutan, visit composting area as well as observingthe others creature of Borneo animals if you do trekking into the rain forest. In the late afternoon transfer to Balikpapan for your dinner and overnight at Hotel.(B,L,D)

Day 06 Balikpapan Hotel - Kebun Sayur Shopping Archade - Next Destination
Breakfast at hotel, than visit kebun Sayur at 09.30am the shopping arcade of the handicrafts, souvenir, diamonds, gold, ruby, safir, amities, kecubung, and many others stone from traditional area in south Kalimantan beeing sold in this markets. Free at leisure until departure time to Balikpapan then transfer to Sepinggan airport for your flight next destination. (B)
